Terms and Conditions

Credit Card (AMEX, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD AND VISA) or you may pay by check if prearranged with Gopher Industrial, Inc., or we do offer Net-30 accounts with approved credit through our accounting department.  Bank Transfers are available, contact Gopher Industrial, Inc. for details.

Goods cannot be returned without our authorization and must be in good, re-saleable condition (free of damages, defects, scratches, etc.), and must include original packaging. Errors in shipping or goods having manufacturing defects may be returned and credit issued.  All freight cost on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless Gopher Industrial has shipped in error. Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Items returned are subject to a restocking charge.  Request RGA  (Return Goods Authorization)

$50.00 Minimum Order Charge and a $5.00 small order fee for orders less than $100.00.

Cancellation of orders must have approval before returning and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Due to the fluctuating market conditions prices are subject to change without notice.  All orders will be invoiced at current pricing at time of shipment unless there is an active quotation assigned to the customer.
